Professional Vertical Clean Air Workstation

The JHZ Series vertical laminar flow cabinet delivers ISO Class 5 clean air using H14 HEPA filtration (99.99%+ efficiency at 0.3µm). Designed for university laboratories, research facilities and professional sterile preparation environments, the JHZ series provides stable horizontal laminar airflow across the entire working surface.

The cabinet uses CLEANFLOW™ airflow engineering, combining a low-vibration centrifugal blower, airflow plenum chamber and laminar diffuser to ensure uniform air distribution while minimising turbulence within the work zone.

Air entering the cabinet first passes through a washable pre-filter before reaching the high-efficiency HEPA filter. This dual filtration system removes airborne particulates while extending the service life of the primary HEPA filter.

A micro-computer LCD control system allows operators to monitor cabinet performance in real time. The display provides clear information on HEPA filter life, UV sterilisation lamp hours and total cabinet operating time, helping ensure optimal performance and timely maintenance.

The working platform is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and designed with smooth internal surfaces suitable for laboratory cleaning and disinfection. Integrated LED lighting provides clear illumination across the work area, while the UV germicidal lamp enables sterilisation of the cabinet interior when the unit is not in operation.

This cabinet protects the work surface and product from contamination. It does not provide operator biological protection.

These cabinets are supplied directly from the manufacturer rather than held in local stock. Due to the size and weight of commercial laminar flow cabinets, importing units into Australia and then shipping them again domestically significantly increases overall freight costs. To keep pricing competitive, cabinets are supplied directly from the manufacturer and freight is quoted separately based on location.
