Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns are subject to approval by Australian Mycology Equipment Pty Ltd.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Flow hoods and other fragile equipment must be unpacked, inspected, and tested within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Products left unopened, unused, or stored for extended periods may not be eligible for return, replacement, or warranty claims where the condition of the product or cause of the issue can no longer be reasonably assessed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that show signs of use, misuse, modification, improper storage, contamination, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair attempts.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item once approved and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
