General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery within Australia only.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been placed. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, peak shipping periods, or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Additional shipping, redelivery, return-to-sender, or reshipping costs caused by incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

Damaged Items in Transport

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If there is visible damage to the packaging or products, or if items are missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at:

Flow hoods and other fragile equipment must be unpacked, inspected, and tested within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Any shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing components, or other issues must be reported within this timeframe.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging information, or additional evidence to support shipping damage or warranty claims.

Products left unopened, unused, or stored for extended periods after delivery may not be eligible for warranty claims where the condition of the item, storage environment, or shipping-related issues can no longer be reasonably assessed.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Certain remote or regional areas may incur additional shipping charges or experience longer delivery times. Customers will be notified before dispatch and given the option to proceed or cancel their order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.
