Flow Hood Inspection & Warranty

Customers are responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and testing flow hoods and other fragile equipment within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Any shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or missing components must be reported within this timeframe.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging information, or additional evidence to support warranty or shipping damage claims.

Products that remain unopened, unused, or stored for extended periods after delivery may not be eligible for warranty claims where the condition of the product, storage environment, or shipping-related issues can no longer be reasonably assessed.

Improper storage conditions, moisture exposure, misuse, modification, contamination, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or delayed inspection may void warranty eligibility.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all provided instructions and safety guidelines.

We do not warrant that products, Services, or information obtained through the Service will meet expectations or be error-free.
