Warranty

All products sold by Australian Mycology Equipment Pty Ltd include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal intended use.

Flow hoods and other fragile equipment must be unpacked, inspected, and tested within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Any shipping damage, defects, missing components, or faults must be reported within this timeframe.

Products left unopened, unused, or stored for extended periods after delivery may not be eligible for warranty claims where the condition of the product, storage environment, or cause of the issue can no longer be reasonably assessed.

Where a valid warranty issue occurs, we may provide replacement parts, troubleshooting assistance, repair guidance, or other reasonable support at our discretion.

In many cases, we provide one-on-one video call assistance to help customers diagnose or repair issues quickly without requiring the product to be returned.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging information, or additional evidence to support warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Improper storage conditions

  • Moisture or water damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Consumable items unless faulty upon arrival

  • Damage caused by failure to follow provided instructions

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Mycology Equipment Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or Services.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
