Subscription, Pre-Order & Try Before You Buy Policy

Subscriptions

Certain products or Services offered by Australian Mycology Equipment Pty Ltd may be available as subscription-based purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring order unless otherwise stated or prepaid in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Any refunds, returns, or exchanges relating to subscription products remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are out of stock, in production, or not yet available for immediate dispatch.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimated release or shipping dates are approximate only

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier issues, or other factors outside our control

  • Full payment or a deposit may be collected at checkout

  • Remaining balances may be charged before dispatch

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment unless otherwise stated for custom, limited, or special-order items.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation requests will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Where available, some products may be offered under a “Try Before You Buy” arrangement.

For these purchases, we may place an authorisation hold on your payment method before shipping the product.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep or return the item. If the product is not returned within the allowed timeframe and in acceptable condition, your payment method may be charged for the full purchase amount.

Returned products must be in original condition with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging unless otherwise agreed.
