Walk-Through Air Shower

The walk-through air shower is designed to remove dust and airborne particles from personnel before entering controlled cleanroom environments. High-velocity air jets deliver filtered air through multiple stainless steel nozzles to dislodge contamination from clothing and exposed surfaces prior to entry.

Air is recirculated through a high-efficiency HEPA filtration system to maintain clean airflow during operation.

An automatic infrared sensor activates the air shower cycle when personnel enter the chamber. Interlocking doors prevent both doors from opening simultaneously, helping maintain pressure separation between controlled areas and reducing contamination transfer.

The modular walk-through design allows installation in cleanroom entry corridors and personnel transfer points in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, electronics production and other controlled environments.
