The ScienFocus C8 Desktop Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet is a professional clean air workstation designed for mycology laboratories, universities, research facilities, biotechnology laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food testing laboratories and other contamination-sensitive environments requiring ISO Class 5 clean air conditions.

Available in C8-BT-W500, C8-BT-W650, C8-BT-W800, C8-BT-W1000 and C8-BT-W1200 models, the C8 Series delivers H14 HEPA filtered air vertically across the work surface, creating a clean working environment for agar work, tissue culture, grain spawn preparation, microbiology, laboratory media preparation and other sterile laboratory procedures.

Manufactured with a powder-coated steel cabinet, SUS304 stainless steel work surface, clear acrylic side panels, integrated LED lighting and a high-performance centrifugal blower, the C8 Series combines excellent visibility, reliable performance and a compact footprint suitable for laboratories with limited bench space.

The C8 Series is supplied flat packed to reduce freight volume and minimise the risk of transport damage. Assembly is required before use, with the necessary components and assembly hardware supplied.

Delivery

These cabinets are supplied directly from the manufacturer rather than held in local stock. Due to the size and weight of commercial laminar flow cabinets, importing units into Australia and then shipping them again domestically significantly increases overall freight costs. To keep pricing competitive, cabinets are supplied directly from the manufacturer and freight is quoted separately based on location.

Vertical laminar flow cabinets are designed to protect the work product by directing HEPA-filtered air downward over the workspace. They are not biological safety cabinets and are not intended for handling hazardous biological agents, infectious materials or toxic chemicals. Use only for clean laboratory procedures where product protection is required.
