The BIOBASE BKQ-BV Vertical Pulse Vacuum Steam Autoclave is a high-capacity professional steriliser designed for laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical facilities, biotechnology laboratories, quality control environments and other professional applications requiring advanced vacuum-assisted steam sterilisation.

Available in 50L, 75L and 100L capacities, the BKQ-BV Series uses repeated pulse vacuum cycles to remove air from the chamber before saturated steam is introduced. This assists with effective steam penetration across compatible instruments, dressings, rubber items, laboratory glassware, culture media and liquids.

The sterilisation process is automatically controlled, including preheating, air removal, heating, sterilisation and drying.

A built-in thermal printer provides cycle records for traceability, while the mobile temperature probe allows direct monitoring of liquid loads. The system also incorporates a 0.22 μm high-efficiency sterilising air filter and steam-water internal circulation.
